In the Alert Manager UI if we detect alerts which are generated after a merge, we add a link in the UI to view merged alerts.  When that is done a link for 'hide merged alerts' is now present.

We need to be able to click view/hide/view/hide/view/hide and have it work without duplicating content.

I think there is a bug here where improvements keep getting added to the list, here is an example:
