1033666 - Add URL for website field in Profile

It would be nice to display a link to a One and Done user's Mozillians profile from their One and Done profile.   They should also be able to choose whether their public profile displays that link. 

I like having this for context sometimes -- i.e. I may look up a community member's Mozillians profile sometimes when we're talking so I have a sense of knowing some background about their interests.

I believe that would require having the user enter their Mozillians profile link via the Edit Profile screen, would it not? Is there a way to get a link to someone's Mozillians profile just via their email address (which is the only identifying information we have)?

Instead of importing or having to ask permission to display Mozillians info - maybe we could add an open info text field where users could enter their Mozillians link, a personal website or whatever.

Added to Version 3 as a P3. Add an empty URL field to user's Profile page. Edit profile will have validated empty URL field for users to enter their Mozillian's profile, user website, or other URL.

Verified on staging that user can enter a valid website url, able to edit, displays on profile.
