Composer doe not properly handle the indenting and outdenting of multiple lines
in a list line.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open composer
2.Click on the numbered list button
3.make 3 lines of text
4.At the end of the third line do a shift+return and type in: first
5.Do a shift+return again and type in: second
6.Click to the left of "first" to place the cursor, then click the bullet list
button
7.Click the outdent button now

Actual Results:
The the word second will jump up to the line with first.

Expected Results:
I would expect that "first" would only have it's bullet removed and "second"
would stay on the separate line.
