Description

If a task was created based on a a Bugzilla bug, automatically make that task unavailable based on criteria defined by the admin during task creation. (Example: a task should become automatically unavailable when the bug it refers to is no longer unconfirmed and untriaged.)

If a user is currently working on that task, they should be notified that why the task is now unavailable.

I don't think this actually blocks bug 1030996. We can complete that - it's just that the notifications won't be enabled for invalidated task attempts from Bugzilla tasks until this bug is completed.
