Description:
When language is set to Tamil, and the user types in a code to enable incoming caller ID service, the screen that appears will have a truncated header.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Change language to Tamil
3) Open Dialer app> Dial *#30#
4) Observe the header of the screen that appears

Actual:
The header is truncated where it says "Incoming Caller ID"

Expected:
No strings are truncated
