Description:
When language is set to Tamil, the strings "Log changes in ADB", "Frames per second", "Time to load", "Security issues" and "App memory" are truncated for the Developer HUD in Developer Menu. None of these strings are truncated in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140702000201
2) Change language to Tamil
3) Launch Settings and navigate to Device Information > More Information
4) Enable Developer menu
5) Move back to Settings and navigate to Developer Menu > Developer HUD

Actual:
Multiple strings in Developer HUD are truncated when language is Tamil.

Expected:
No strings are truncated.

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.
