Description:
When users are in Tamil language, the "New ringtone created" and the "Ringtone set as default" banner displaying at the top of the screen will be truncated when saving a ringtone.

Setup 
Settings > Language> ta - Tamil 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140702000201
2) Add multiple music files to the device
3) Select Settings> Sound> Manage Ringtones> "+" on the upper right corner
4) Select a track> Select checkmark on the top right corner> Uncheck "Use as default ringtone"> Select Save
5) Observe "New ringtone created" banner displays truncated
6) Select a track> Select checkmark on the top right corner> Check "Use as default ringtone"> Select Save
7) Observe "Ringtone set as default" is truncated

Actual:
"New ringtone created" and "Ringtone set as default" banner displays truncated 
Expected:
Banner displays without truncation

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.
