"Try again" Button is truncated when resuming a download.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Change language to Tamil (தமிழ்)
3) Restart device
4) Begin a file download, and stop the download from the Download manager
5) In the Download Manager, resume the download and observe the "Try Again" button

Actual:
"Try again" translation is truncated with elipsis (...)

Expected:
No truncation occurs.
