Description:
When a user launches the 'Cost Control' app, navigates through the first time setup, and checks the checkbox next to 'Mobile Usage', the check box will overlap the 'Mobile Usage' text.  

Prerequisites: Have a SIM inserted into the device.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Launch the Cost Control app.
3) Navigate through the first time setup if needed.
4) On the 'Usage' page, check the check-box near the 'Mobile Usage' text.
5) Observe the 'Mobile Usage' text.

Actual:
The 'Mobile Usage' text is overlapped by the checked checkbox.
Expected:
The 'Mobile Usage' text displays clearly, without being overlapped by the checkbox.

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.
