Attachment: Overlap Self-Timer within Camera App (Swahili)

User taps Camera App and selects Options menu. User selects Self-timer and observes the translated term Self-Timer in header overlaps with the Options menu icon in the upper right. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140702000201
2) Tap Camera App and select Options menu
3) Tap Self-timer and observe device behavior

Actual:
Self-timer header overlaps with Options menu icon

Expected:
Self-timer header does not overlap with Options menu icon 

Repro frequency: (3/3, 100%)
Link to failed test case:  None. Exploratory testing around test case led to this discovery.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame. Swahili is not an available language.
