Description:
When users are in Tamil language, the header "Firefox Accounts" in the sign on page displays truncated and contains an extra character.

Setup 
Settings > Language> ta - Tamil 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140702000201
2) Select Settings> Firefox Accounts> Create account or sign in
3) Observe the header contains an extra character and is truncated

Actual:
"Firefox Accounts" header is truncated and contains an extra character
Expected:
Header is not truncated and displays correctly
