The options screen in the camera app displays a header that says 'Options'. In the top right corner of the screen is a drawer button that will dismiss the options menu when tapped. The 'Options' header is truncated behind the options button when the device is held in portrait orientation

Repro Steps:
1) Update a flame to BuildID: 20140703000248
2) Change language to Tamil
3) Launch Camera app
4) Tap drawer button in upper right corner (3 horizontal bars)
5) Hold device in portrait orientation and observe header text

Actual:
'Options' text is truncated behind options button

Expected:
No truncated text is displayed

Tamil is not available in v1.4. Issue does not reproduce
