Description:
When the device is set to Tamil, the "Replace existing draft" string seen when saving an updated draft is truncated

Prerequisites:
1) Settings > Language > Tamil (Ta)

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140702000201
2) Open the Messenger app
3) Begin creating a message
4) Save the draft
5) Edit the draft
6) Save the draft again
7) Note the "Replace existing draft" string

Actual:
"Replace existing draft" is truncated when the device is set to Tamil.

Expected:
Strings are not truncated when viewed in Tamil.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.
