Description:
When the user tap on Built-in Keyboard, the 'Keyboard settings' header appears truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140702000201
2) Go to Settings > Keyboards
3) Tap Built-in Keyboard


Actual:
The  header text is truncated.
Expected:
The header text is not truncated.

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.
