Description:
When the device is set to Tamil, the "Download Failed" string seen on the Notification tab is truncated and overlaps with its timestamp.

Prerequisites:
1) Settings > Language > Tamil (Ta)
2) Remove the SD card from the device
3) Settings > Media Storage > Default Media Location > SD card

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140702000201
2) Open the browser
3) Attempt to download any zip file (www.secretzone.org/work)
4) Note the notification in the notification tab

Actual:
"Download Failed" is truncated and overlaps the timestamp when the device is set to Tamil.

Expected:
Strings are not truncated and do not overlap when viewed in Tamil.
