 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:  
 click accpect ,there is nothing happend when you recevie a oma provison message with a userpin and input the pin
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES
 1. send oma provision message to phone with "USERPIN"
 2.reviece the notification
 3.drag down the statue bar to click the notification
 4.click the input box,input pin and click the "accpect" key 
 5.there is nothing happend--->KO
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 KO: it will show the prompt which remind user
