We're still building Win x64 builds? The short answer appears to be that Win64 is trying to use pymake, which doesn't exist any more, and it's also not using tooltool, so mozmake doesn't exist.

I've found some bits that were potentially missing from the switch away from pymake. Its about the only things that were different, so I've copied the two new files, and hopefully that'll fix things: https://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/ebdca347047d Leaving open for now, until we have it confirmed.
