From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4+) Gecko/20010928 BuildID: 2001092808 When I try to load the page http://www.freetelecom.fr/consom/ mozilla seems not to load anything, and when I hit the "stop" button, mozilla freezes immediately. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.type http://www.freetelecom.fr/consom/ in the url bar 2.wait a few seconds 3.hit the "stop" button Actual Results: Mozilla freezes Expected Results: Mozilla load correctly the page, and does not freeze when hitting the "stop" button.
I'm unable to reproduce this bug with a current CVS build, Linux. I also tested it shortly after it was reported, without seeing anything unusual. There is a frame with a banner top right where some image doesn't load, but that's the only flaw, and it doesn't seem to hamper anything. Reporter: Do you still get a hang there with current builds?
Seems to work with mozilla 2001100514. I don't mark it as RESOLVED yet, but should be done if nobody confirms, and it still works with me in the next few days. Moving severity to normal.
Severity: critical → normal
Thibault G.: Are you still seeing this bug? I tested again with build 2001102910. Page seems to render fully. If i click stop before it's loaded i don't see a freeze. WFM.
It seems to have been resolved. Marking FIXED.
