When I use my online mail, webmail.pa.net, it sometimes shows me the code of the
page.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. log onto the mail server
2. read a message


Actual Results:  I sometimes see the code of the page, at the top of the actual
page.

Expected Results:  Displayed the page, without showing me the code.

Chris, could you possibly attach the source of a page that's displaying the code
in that way?
