 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  There is a not translated app update in notification bar when using german  language. See attached picture.
 
 
 Note: if you change the language to english the issue still remains in the same language
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  In general all apps should be translated in notification bar.

Dear Wil,

In this PR, the app's name for Marketplace is not translated into German. And no matter which language I select the display is still Marketplace, it doesnot translate to the corresponding language.

I notice that you deal with the translation issue for Marketplace in other PR, so please help to review this bug.

Hi, thanks for filing.  Marketplace is a proper name and isn't localized on purpose.
