Details

On the page http://www.rotaract.org/central the GIF loop in the upper left
corner stops after one loop and the name of the graphics file is displayed
instead of the graphics. The name misses the .gif ending.
Happens to any animated GIF in a frameset as far as I can see here (PC Win98 M8)

Using the 7.27.99 AM daily builds on Win NT (4.0 SP3) and Mac OS 8.6, I can't
reproduce this problem, and am resolving as WORKSFORME.

patrick or jerrybaker, if you're still seeing this problem on a recent (e.g.
7.27.99 or later) build, could you please re-open this bug with your comments?
