1035368 - Screen ends up 3/4 white (with content in a small viewport in upper-left quadrant), when visiting chat.mibbit.com and rotating phone

STR:
 0. Hold your phone in portrait mode.
 1. In the browser app, visit http://chat.mibbit.com/
 2. Rotate phone from portrait to landscape

ACTUAL RESULTS:
 - The screen ends up being 3/4 white, with the page content in the upper-left quadrant.
 - I can pan and zoom the content in the upper-left quadrant, but the white area stays white and doesn't react to touch events.
 - If I reload (in landscape mode), *then* the page occupies the full phone screen.

VERSION INFO:
I'm using a Flame phone, with build "v122" from https://intranet.mozilla.org/QA/B2G_Tips_and_Tricks .  According to "More Information" in Settings, I have:

Actual result: Changing the orientation from portrait to landscape on the Welcome page may cause most of the screen to turn white, rendering only part of the screen usable.  This bug has a low repro rate, happening 10% of the time at most.
