Description:
The string  "Select contact" is truncated when the user tries to select a recipient of a new message.

Pre-requisite: Have at least one existing contact.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140707000200.
2) Set the device language as Tamil.
3) Open the Messages app.
4) Select the Compose New Message icon.
5) Tap on the "+" icon to select a contact to populate the "To:" field. 
6) Observe the "Select contact" string on the screen.

Actual:
The "Select contact" string is truncated in Tamil.

Expected:
The "Select contact" string is NOT truncated in Tamil.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.
