1. go to sim manager
2. go to sim security
3. turn on sim lock for a sim
4. reboot the phone
5. unlock the phone

Expected: black status bar
Actual: transparent status bar

For master, the status bar seems fixed for the STR mentioned and has a issue of having a black status bar if you hit home button to cancel out of the sim lock.

For 2.0/aurora, the issue is still there.  I'm not sure why, bug 1033926 was pushed to aurora.

I still see a pixel gap between the keyboard and the button.

There's two different bugs being called out here.

* bug 1027391 is the bug focused on the transparent status bar
* The pixel showing between the dialog & keyboard is a separate problem - bug 1023201

The original bug as filed focused on the transparent status bar, so this is a dupe of bug 1027391.
