Description:
The test in the Homescreen rocketbar is truncated when viewed in the Russian language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140707000200 and set the device language to Russian.
2) At the top of the homepage observe the rocketbar text.

Actual:
The text in the rocketbar is truncated.

Expected:
The entire text in the rocketbar is shown with no truncation.
