User story: as a user, I want an appropriately informative but not overly burdensome opportunity, provided by Firefox, to opt into the use of a 3rd party plugin that will allow me to watch DRM-encumbered content in Firefox.

Sevaan: is this EME design spike complete? Madhava mentioned that Philipp was working on some EME UX, too.

Yes, the design spike is complete and it is currently undergoing review. I believe this is the only UX output for our team regarding EME, and I consulted with phlsa while working on it.
