Attachment: List of missing images

We need to remove as much as possible unused images from Gaia to reduce the size of the build image and to help maintenance of all Аpps. 

I will add a list in each bug related to this Meta Bug.

We need to check all Apps for missing images.

Pavel, just to be clear: is this all for 2.1? If so, we don't need to worry about this for 2.0, right? Please confirm.
