Note from bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1035874

The only detail left is that I assume they must use the *SAME* email that the badge was issued to when they create their account, right? Perhaps that needs to be added to the email copy to avoid needless confusion when they decide to use a different email (personal vs. work)?

Looks good!

After you land this, please bump the version (patch) and publish to npm, and update  package.json in https://github.com/mozilla/sawmill/blob/master/package.json

We'll then need to push sawmill to staging and prod
