When a ringtone is set as the default, a notification appears informing the user. In Serbian-Cyrillic, this string displays truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140708000322
2) Set device language to Serbian-Cyrillic
3) Launch Settings > Audio
4) Tap on 'Manage Ringtones'
5) Tap on "+" button
6) Select a track then tap on the check icon
7) Tap on "Save"

Actual:
A truncated notification appears to inform user that ringtone is set as defualt

Expected:
Notifications is not truncated.

I don't think this feature existed in 1.4. Can you please recheck and correct your results providing the actual result and update the 2.0 tracking flag?

Correction:
Create ringtone functionality is not present in v1.4. This issue does not reproduce on 1.4
