Details

There is a lot of CSS and JS that can either be removed or made into reusable bits like the bits in forms/tables/.css and utils.js This tracks this cleanup process. The win? Easier and faster development by reusing and not redoing.

This bug has failed as a tracker bug. :) There are no dependencies set up. If we stumble on something sore that sticks out and needs serious refactoring we'll start some new bugs.
