Description:
When a user launches the 'Contacts' app, selects the settings (gear) icon in the upper right, selects 'Sync Friends', and signs into a valid Facebook account, the 'Facebook Friends' header text in the import friends page will be truncated.

Prerequisites: Have a Facebook account with minimum 2 friends and have WiFi enabled and connected to the internet. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Launch the Contacts app.
3) Select the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right.
4) Check the 'Sync friends' button and sign into a Facebook account that has 2  or more friends.
5) Observe the 'Facebook Friends' header text. 

Actual:
The 'Facebook Friends' header text is truncated.
Expected:
The 'Facebook Friends' header text displays clearly, without being truncated.
