There's way too much code inside the commands.js erase method.
Let's extract the card formatting and storage erasing utils out to a separate file.

I think this was resolved with with bug 1040747: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/746b6a1b69e3b9c431de6e32081c438b81a9a8cf/apps/findmydevice/js/commands.js#L144
