Description:
The string "a new default ringtone was created" is truncated under Settings > Sound.

Prerequisite: Have at least 1 song on the DUT

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140707000200.
2) Set the device language as Serbian Latin.
3) Navigate to Settings > Sound.
4) Tap on Manage Ringtones> "+"> Select a song> Tap the checkbox in the corner
5) Select Save
6) Observe the string in the notification banner

Actual:
The "a new default ringtone was created" string is truncated in Serbian Latin.

Expected:
The "a new default ringtone was created" string is NOT truncated in Serbian Latin.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.

There was an error in reporting this bug.

"a new default ringtone was created" string is ok (I checked it on my device)

"ringtone set as default" string is truncated, therefore I will fix that one.
Changing the title to match the actual truncated string.
