Description:
When a new ringtone is set from the sounds section the notification toast that appears contains a truncated string.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Change language to Hungarian (Magyar) 
3) Restart device
4) Enter settings
5) Go to "Sound" settings
6) Go to "Manage Ringtones"
7) Add a new custom ringtone and Leave "Use as default ringtone" checked
8) Observe notification toast

Actual:
"Ringtone set as default" is truncated.

Expected:
It is expected that no truncations occur.
