Description:
When a user launches the 'Contacts' app, syncs with a Facebook account, and doesn't import any friends from Facebook, the 'No friends imported' text will be truncated.

Prerequisites: Have access to the internet and a valid Facebook account that contains friends.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140707000200
2) Launch the Contacts app.
3) Select the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right.
4) Check the 'Sync friends' button and sign into a valid Facebook account that has friends.
5) Click the 'x' in the upper left, ensuring no friends are imported.
6) Observe the 'No friends imported' text below the sync friends toggle in the contact's settings page.

Actual:
The 'No friends imported' header text is truncated.
Expected:
The 'No friends imported' header text displays clearly, without being truncated.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 1.4.
