I happened to be looking at DXR just before this happened, enough so that I could enter a search on comm-central first:

http://dxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/search?q=derived%3AnsIWindowsShellService&redirect=true

Then the search timed out, a refresh gave me the ISE, then reported to MOC then nagios reported + bug filed

Issued a graceful on both the webheads and they're back to servicing requests.

I assume this happened with the initial script timeout and then the other requests piling on. Closing this out but feel free to reopen if further investigation is required.
