Reproduced on latest Nightly using a Surface Pro 2 - Windows 8.1 and Dell Inspiron One 2330 PC - Windows 8 64bit. STR: 1. Open Firefox 2. Resize the window until left and down scroll bars appear. 3. Visit https://www.google.fr/ 4. Click on French dropdown button. 5. With the languages from dropdown in sight move inside Firefox with the finger/stylus to right/left/up/down then release. Expected result: The elements should stick back to the infobar in its place. Actual result: See gif: https://db.tt/Ba907If0
