Steps to reproduce: 1. Load Existing Content page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/manage 2. Click on a listed Collection. 3. Enter text in the Description field. Expected results: The character counter displays the number of characters currently entered. Actual results: The character counter shows 300 characters, and doesn't change when text is entered or removed. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF33 (Win 7).
