Description:
If user sets wifi information on v1.4, then uses OTA to update to 2.0, wifi credentials are lost.

Updated from Flame 1.4 20140708160201 to Flame 2.0 20140708160201

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140708160201
2) Change update channel to Aurora
3) Set up Wifi on WPA network
4) Force check for update
5) Select update in notification tray and install after download completes
6) Proceed through new features tour to homescreen

Actual:
No wifi connection present after ota from 1.4 to 2.0

Expected:
Wifi connection persist after OTA update.

Ack, my bad. I forgot there was a bug on this already. Sorry for the confusion on the other bug.
