It appears that we're unnecessarily packaging mozdevice and mozinfo for the remote (aka android) xpcshell tests. I did up a try run removing this and it works fine: https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=3bd1a5498485

You know, I think I didn't exactly grok what you were telling me on IRC yesterday. We also copy all of mozbase to the test package, which is what I thought you meant: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mozbase/Makefile.in#43
