Details

Currently, we only pretend to do something on windows, and don't even pretend on any other platform.  We should also be explicit as to what this value means.  Is it:

(0. Just get rid of it, it's too confusing.)
1. At the time about:support is opened, is GPU #2 active (e.g., any application is using it.)
2. At the time about:support is opened, is Firefox using GPU #2.
3. Has Firefox used the GPU #2 at any point during the current session.
4. Instead of boolean, show the percentage of time Firefox has used GPU #2 during this session.
