Content area of the Firefox window, after being open for a while (at the time of writing this, it takes about a day or so of being open for this to start). Flickers between the actual content page and black randomly if it's a page on which i can scroll.

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140605174243
Steps to reproduce:
Left multiple firefox windows open over multiple days. I have done this many times, and it happens every time. Though I haven't timed it, it feels as though the intervals between working fine and doing the black flickering are getting shorter. Doesn't seem to matter what windows are open, as I've done it with all HTML pages, some pages with flash (youtube, twitch, etc), and just pages with flash. The menu bar, address bar, tab bar, etc are all fine when this happens, it's only the area where the web content appears.
Actual results:
See summary.
Expected results:
No black flickering content area. A.k.a. the browser working as intended.

Can you reproduce this if you use Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled? (which will also disable hardware acceleration)
And can you open Help > Troubleshooting information, copy the raw info to the clipboard, and attach it using https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=1036728&action=enter ?

If you want to disable only hardware acceleration, it's in Options → Advanced.
