1036865 - one task can be started and completed multiple times

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select any Task to do and start it.
2. Finish the task and click on complete task.
3. Give or skip feedback.
4.  again come back to same task.
5. start it to do .
6. again finish and complete it.





Actual results:

so here one task can be selected and done multiple times even there is no update on the task. and that is too being listed in Dash Board Multiple times.


Expected results:

If there is no update in the task , it should not allow to perform same task multiple time , or if it is to allow it should not list the same task multiple times in Completed Task list on Dash Board.

in attached screenshot you can see

FxA/Sync setup

is mentioned 3 times and making my task count to 8 , bu in actual it should be 6. since "FxA/Sync setup"
i all over a single task but performed multiple times.

Thanks for filing the bug- however it's already been noted as a known issue.
