103688 - Wizard should not have separate 'Next' and 'Finish' buttons

I think the wizard (as used for New profile, Mail accounts etc) should not have 
separate 'Next' and 'Finish' buttons. These should be combined into a single 
button, which is renamed from 'Next' to 'Finish' on the last panel.

Advantages are many:
* User can click through the wizard fast without having to move the mouse to
  hit the final 'Finish' button.
* Avoids having a 'Finish' button which is always disabled until the last panel.
* Avoids button clutter.

Another nice feature for the wizard would be to show the panel count (e.g.
"3 of 10" somewhere in a corner.

See the Mac 4.x new profile wizard for an example of a wizard which I think is 
done really nicely. (Hey, I did it! :)

I believe modern Windows wizards behave like this.

This is dependent on using "<wizard>".

This already works with <wizard/>.  There are separate bugs on necessary
conversions.
