it should be all obsolete usage so as loading up some random developer edit pages and/or reviewer app review pages should be enough.  Bug 1137181 was a regression from this.
Verified as fixed in FF39(Win7) 
I have verified around the scenarios mentioned in comment 6 but haven't found any regressions.
