Jordan noticed this over in bug 1036509.

bld-lion-r5-038.try.releng.scl3.mozilla.com was just recently re-imaged as talos-mtnlion-r5-090.test.releng.scl3.mozilla.com in bug 1034715, or at least that was the plan. 

Logging into talos-mtnlion-r5-090, he noticed that it was still reporting as bld-lion-r5-038. I kicked off a re-image last night, but now the node isn't pingable. Maybe the VLAN didn't get updated properly? Can someone please have a look?
Looks like the disk config was still broken (RAIDed) on that one.  I've cleared that and kicked off the reimage again. I double checked the others, and they're all reporting the correct hostnames.
