103693 - 'Default Mail Application' dialog size needs to be changed.

When I started mail, I get this dialog "DO u wanna use Netscape 6 mail as 
default mail app". The Yes/No buttons are only partially visible. I think its 
size needs to be changed. Screen shot on its way...

Build: Todays branch build on Win 2k.

The whole mail window is by default sized to small on linux. Half the logo upper
right is cut off. Amateurish look. Can someone fix that too while at it?

I do not see this problem in the 10/05 build but I see this in today's build. 
Looks like something has changed between 10/05 and 10/08
btw I am using the promptService->ConfirmEx to bring up this dialog. I will 
check if anything has changed in there.

I don't think this has anything to do with Jag's fix in 92635. That just fixed
this exact the problem for the mailnews password dialog case. This is a general
problem that happens to a lot of our dialogs the first time they are displayed.
We've been fixing them on a case by case basis (i.e. 92635 for the password dialog).

We can leave this one open but the general bug to track for this would be: 103853.

Srilatha's right, jag's fix did cause this problem. My bad. In Bug #103853 he's
backing that change out. I'm duping this against his bug.
