Details

STR: 1) Flash a flame with 2.1 nightly from today. 2) Open browser app. 3) Got to lemonde.fr 4) Scroll Expected: Nice, smooth scroll Observed: The scrolling is janky and seems to go a bit backwards. Hard to explain but obvious when you see it. I also hit that in the email app when scrolling long emails.
