From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:0.9.4+) Gecko/20011003
BuildID: 2001100310

when I got to the above URL and scroll downwards using the keyboardusing
repeated presses, not autorepeat, the man's picture halfway down appears
with white lines through it, one scroll step apart and (I think) one
pixel in thickness. (This is not keyboard related, really, but much
easier to reproduce with the keyboard.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to
http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/world/south_asia/newsid_1587000/1587184.stm
2. Make sure the second image is off-screen.
3. Hit <down> until second image appears.

Actual Results: Ugly white lines in image.

Expected Results: Just the ugly face.
