103727 - program hangs on intro screen

Upon starting, the program reaches the screen before the main browser window 
appears (the one with the dragon and 'Mozilla' on it) and hangs.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start the program
2.
3.

Actual Results:  The program hangs at the intro screen.

Expected Results:  The program should start normally . . .

It should be noted that I uninstalled mozilla, downloaded a fresh executable, 
reinstalled and was met with the same problem.

did you use the mozilla installer or just decompressed the archive?

punt as needed! just wondering if this might be an installer issue, if the
installer was used...

Which build are you trying to install ?
Can you try to run "mozilla -profilemanager" and create
a new (additional test) profile ?
Does this work ?

Running 'mozilla - profilemanager' worked - I created a new profile and it works 
fine.  I was sorting out my bookmarks before this error occured, maybe that
skewed my profile somehow.
